Lisa Selner is a wildlife biologist who enjoys falconry as a hobby. Falconers are highly dedicated individuals who invest a lot of time and energy to working with these birds. In general, falconers have a very positive impact on conservation efforts with regard to birds of prey, and offer a great deal of knowledge about their behavior, ecology, habitat, and natural history.
At present Lisa is also working with a great horned owl as a falconry bird. The owl was acquired as a rehabilitation bird when it was a fledgling.
